Finding Review/Approval Letters

  1. Log into gov.irbnet.org
  2. Navigate to the My Projects page via the "My Projects" button on the left side of the screen. Find the study within your My Projects table, and click on the Project Title.
  3. To the left, under “Project Administration”, click on "Reviews"
  4. Each Regulatory Board (RDC, IRB, IACUC, SRS) will be listed in a separate table.  You can see the action that occurred for specific packages (identified by the package #)
  5. Underneath the table, you will find any documents that have been published by the board, including review and approval letters.  This is also where you can find your ACOS/R letter.
Please note that the actions that take place at meetings (e.g. approved, deferred) will be posted in VAIRRS/IRBNet before the corresponding letters are available.  It may be up to a week before letters are available as they have to be reviewed/approved prior to posting.
